Here's a general overview of current investment tiers:

→1:1 Coaching Packages:

Multi-month packages offer the most focused, sustained support with a personalized, structured plan built around you. Packages currently start at $2,000 (8 sessions). Payment plans may be available.

→Group Programs:

Group sessions are currently offered at $80 per session, in a 12-session program ($960 total) — the same evidence- based framework as private coaching at a fraction of the cost of individual sessions.
